We had an lovely stay at this hotel in a magical town. The luxurious room with a private pool and copper tub was the epitome of Yucatan luxury. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including the natural perfumery and outdoor spa. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast served on our balcony, and the staff was accommodating and friendly despite language barriers. The hotel's gift pack of branded scents, chocolates, honey, and candles was a lovely touch.

This hotel is a real gem! the location is simply magical , a small town that feels untouched by the outside world. the decor of the rooms is gorgeous , beautiful furnishings, copper tubs, spacious terraces and private pools. the staff is friendly and helpful, and they even provide lovely toiletries. the breakfast is delicious and served on your balcony. the gift containing top, quality coqui coqui products is a nice touch.
The water supply can be unreliable at times.

The room was fine and beautifully decorated, with a copper tub and spacious terrace. The private pool was a great addition. The breakfast was delicious and the gift of toiletries was a lovely touch. The overall smell of the place was fantastic.

We absolutely loved staying at this luxurious and exquisite hotel. The stunning decor and beautiful furnishings made us feel like royalty. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast served on our balcony, and the welcome gift of high-quality Coqui Coqui products was a lovely touch. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, despite the language barrier. The location in the quaint and untouched town was truly magical. We can't wait to come back and experience the greatest place on earth. We highly recommend this venue to everyone.

The room was beautifully decorated with unique touches and a private pool. Breakfast was delicious and the gift pack that came with the room was a thoughtful addition.
To make it worse, the toilet didn't flush properly and there was no privacy in the bathroom.

The hotel's beautiful decor and furnishings were truly impressive. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served on the balcony, with stunning views. The staff was genuinely accommodating, friendly, and offered great suggestions for places to visit nearby.
There seemed to be a lack of staff especially during peak hours. This meant that there were delays when getting towels, ice and other necessary items.
